time vs money
What’s more important in life? The ability to enjoy what you have, or the ability to obtain the things that you want?
I’ve been thinking about this quite a bit recently. Is there really a use to having the means to obtain all that you want if this means you don’t have the time to enjoy those things? All because you’re working, or traveling, etc.
Do those that do this, do so under the assumption that “eventually there will be time”. I am struggling to see the point in doing things that way.
Recently I’ve found that time is a precious commodity. It’s something that you can never get back, so it should be worth more than the almighty dollar that we all seem to be chasing. But it often isn’t.
I guess there needs to be a balance between what you allow yourself to have, and the amount of time you allow yourself to lose, while earning the ability to buy the things you want.
